Our Process

1. After you contact us, our team will guide you through the designs and products that fit your needs. We will prepare a quote within 72 hours.
2. Once everything is approved, we will require a 50% deposit to begin with the design process. The design process may take 1 to 7 business days depending on the order size.
3. After that we will send your first round of proofs.
4. Once the proofs are accepted, production, assembly and develop time is 10 business days. Our invitations process takes 5-6 weeks for customizations, production and delivery.
5. Before delivering the product it is necessary to make the final payment

The product is delivered with the shipping method previously agreed with the customer.
